Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
We work with carefully selected suppliers who ship directly to you. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
